Industrial 4.0 is all about digital transformation in industries. It aims at connecting people, processes, and machines together through a central connecting chain. Internet of Things is a concept that uses a centralized system to connect all the systems over the globe. The centralized concept applied to a particular industry called the Industrial internet of things (IIoT).

IIoT uses connected sensors, actuators, and more to connect peoples, processes, and products to digital transformation in industries. Using the technology, enterprises can efficiently utilize the machine method to increase productivity and reduce production time to maximize profit in the long term. IIoT is an evolution of distributed control system that provides a high level of automation using cloud computing to refine the process and optimize the control parameters.
